Best Way To Get Money In The Forge

There are two main methods you can use, but I suggest doing a mix of both for optimal income! 

First Method

This method is all about grinding certain areas and knowing where to mine for ore. Firstly, the Volcanic Depths is a great place to farm. It is home to many mobs, and when you defeat these, you’ll gain items and resources, which is also a bonus. However, this is where you will find Basalt Vein.

Basalt Vein is the best type of rock to repeatedly mine from, as it has high-rarity ores inside, which not only sell for good money, but you can use them to forge weapons and armor that also sell for tons of profit. But, we’ll go into more detail on that later!

Luck Boosts

To increase your chances of mining rare ore, not just in Basalt Vein, but with any rocks, make sure you have additional luck boosts. There are multiple ways to get luck. The best is by using the Luck Potion, which you can purchase for 250 Gold from the Potion Shop. This boosts luck by 20% for 30 seconds.

Or, if you’re lucky, you will find a The Forge Code that rewards you with a Luck Totem once you redeem it. This item boosts your luck by 50% for 5 minutes. The Miner Shard Rune and Dedicated Player Skill achievement also give you a luck boost.

Second Method

If you didn’t know, you can sell your weapons and armor for Gold. Naturally, the better pieces of gear that include rarer ores will sell for more. However, during the forging minigame, how well you do makes a huge difference, and makes gear sell for more. Therefore, aim for perfection!

The first method ties into the second method, as it’s best to farm rarer ores and then forge them to make high-rarity pieces of gear, which you can sell for a profit.
