New Trailer for Animated ‘Tomb Raider’ Series – Season 2 from Netflix

“Why do you care if she takes our masks?” Netflix has unveiled a new official trailer for the next season of their animated series called Tomb Raider: The Legend of Lara Croft, based on all the video games. With more episodes debuting in December after the show launched late last year. Picking up after the events of the highly successful Tomb Raider video game Survivor trilogy as told in 2013’s Tomb Raider, 2015’s Rise of the Tomb Raider, and 2018’s Shadow of the Tomb Raider, the animated series follows Lara Croft as she takes on the role of the iconic tomb raider that she is destined to become. In Season 2, Lara races across the globe to uncover ancient African relics before a techno-visionary bent on playing god uses them to unleash worldwide destruction. In addition to Hayley Atwell and Karen Fukuhara returning as Lara Croft and Sam Nishimura, the new voice cast includes O-T Fagbenle as Eshu, Allen Maldonado as Zip, and Earl Baylon as Jonah Maiava. I didn’t know this animated series was such a hit already!
