The film’s full international cast includes Regé-Jean Page as her new beau, named Michael, with Aziza Scott, Isabella Ferrari, Lorenzo de Moor as Matteo, Marco Calvani as a taxi driver who befriends Anna, and Nia Vardalos as Anna’s house-sitting client, Mrs. Dunn.
