Ragnarok X: Next Generation is holding a half-year anniversary, and with it comes a ton of new content! From raffles, activities, and version updates, there’s a lot going on.
If you weren’t already aware of this title, ROX is the official next-generation evolution of the classic Ragnarok Online MMORPG. With over 25million players, strategic gameplay, enemies to defeat, and worlds to explore, you don’t want to miss out!
New Areas, New Threats
New content is always exciting, and players can look forward to brand new equipment, pets, and maps. Glast Heim is the brand new area to explore, but with new places come new threats. There are a variety of new enemies lurking around, but they are also bringing brand new cards you can collect.
Monsters aren’t the only threat, though. There is a new boss called the Dark Lord. When you defeat it, it will drop a dungeon-exclusive elite card that provides an 8% increase in your maximum HP, a 7% reduction in final physical and magical damage, and a 50% increase to Blind RES!
Upgrade Equipment To Get Stronger
To help you in your adventure, there is new equipment available, which you can upgrade as you progress to make you stronger. World, base, and equipment levels have all increased to level 90, so you don’t need to worry about hitting the max level cap yet. Complete quests to level up as you go on your adventures.
Speaking of level increases, the upper limit of the refinement level will be raised to 13. Once you reach level 8, you will unlock the refinement blessing.
Special Event
Players can also experience a collab with a famous JP anime IP, where you need to defeat the MVP successors to obtain limited-time gold cards. If you’re anything like us, you love collecting exclusive items and cosmetics during events.
Alongside cosmetics, there are limited-edition cards you can collect that have special effects when you equip them.
