How do the Duet Night Abyss Demon Wedges work? It’s tricky to get your head around what they are, but they’re one of the most important parts of Duet Night Abyss. Ready to farm items with friends? Check out our How to Add Friends in Duet Night Abyss walkthrough, which also goes over how to unlock co-op mode.

Duet Night Abyss Demon Wedges

The most curious part of Duet Night Abyss. They’re essentially a type of gear that increases the power of your characters and weapons.

What Are Demon Wedges?

There are a few things to keep in mind when equipping Demon Wedges. Keep in mind that some of these Demon Wedges may ‘Clash’!

Prefixes and Suffixes

The Prefix of a Demon Wedge is the type of wedge it is, and the Suffix is the effect caused by the wedge. Suffixes can be a compound with two effects or just a singular effect.

Tolerance

The Tolerance is the cost of the Wedge. The Track, which I’ll explain further below, causes the Tolerance of a Wedge to increase or decrease.

Track

If the type of Track matches, the Tolerance of the Wedge decreases. However, if the Track is different, the Tolerance increases. As mentioned above, the Tolerance determines the cost of the Wedge.

Wedges

If you aren’t sure which Wedges require certain elements, take note of the colour of the gem featured on the Wedge. There are Demon Wedges for both characters and weapons, and each starts with 4 slots, which can be increased upon ascension.

How to Get Demon Wedges

You can obtain Demon Wedges by taking part in Noctoyager Manual Commissions. Depending on the Demon Wedges you want, you can select the Commissions which have a chance of rewarding you with those you choose.

While you obtain Demon Wedges of various rarities, you can increase the rarity of Demon Wedges by increasing your Trial level by earning Trial EXP. You can also get Demon Wedges via the in-game shop and by forging them.
