There is a 0.5% that every consumable that a Breakable drops becomes a Relic. The same goes for any items sold by a Vendor! You can opt to equip Relics in the lobby area of the game or before you begin a dungeon.

When you enter a new room, enemies are ‘marked’ for 30 seconds

Emberheart Stone
Your Walking Speed increases by 8% for 5 seconds when you take Fire DMGWhen enemies hit you while you are taking Fire DMG, you inflict them with Fire, dealing 2 Fire DMG per second for 5 seconds
Fading Light Token
When your HP is below 30%, you turn invisible for 5 seconds, and you are intangible for 2 seconds
During this time, your Walking Speed increases by 15 seconds
Grounding Rod
Gain immunity to MagnetiseGain 30% resistance to Lightning
Mana Orb
Your Maximum Mana increases by 55
Raging Demon
When you complete a combo, you teleport behind the enemy, stunning them for 1.66 seconds, and resetting your combo cooldown
Runic Shard
Summons an AoE attack called Cataclysmic Destruction when you cast a spell, which deals 8 Shadow DMG per second for 5 seconds
Stalwart Crest
When you lose 15% of your HP within 5 seconds, your Armor increases by 30% for 6 seconds
Stormcaller’s Eye
When you perform a Critical Strike, you summon Lightning, which deals 20% of your Critical DMG as Lightning DMG
Tidal Crest
Increases Fire Resistance by 40%Increases Poison Resistance by 40%Decreases Frost Resistance by 30%
All of these effects last 10 seconds
Warden’s Brace
When you Block or use a shield, you can perform a Shield Bash, which deals DMG equal to 75% of your M1
Windsprint Charm
Your Walking Speed decreases by 20%, but you can build momentum for 5 seconds by continously moving, increasing your Walking Speed by 150%
When at maximum (150%), you are immune to Hitstuns

75% chance to be revived when you are defeated
This can only happen once every 8 dungeons

When you take DMG, there is a 10% chance of receiving the Bloom effect
Serpent’s Fang
When you dodge attacks, you inflict nearby enemies with Poison, dealing 2.22 Poison DMG every second for 8 seconds
Shifting Sands Hourglass
Cooldown times are reduced by 10%
Swordbreaker
When you Parry, the duration of a stun increases by 15%
Vanguard’s Aegis
Parrying attacks unlocks a shield that reduces incoming DMG by 15% for 5 seconds
Voidtouched Necklace
You have a 10% chance of automatically dodging incoming attacks
Winter Mittens
Chill Stack effects are reduced by 50%Gain immunity to basic Freeze attacks
Zephyr Amulet
Attack Speed increases by 5% for 10 seconds for each M1 hit (caps at 30%)
C Tier
Abyssal Charm
Reduces Skill Cooldowns by 22.5%Whenever you take DMG, there is a 7% chance of being teleported to a nearby location, whilst also stunning you for 1.5 seconds
Artifact or Desertion
Gain immunity to Slows when your HP is below 50%Increases Critical Strike Chance by 2.5%
Artifact of Slaughtering
If you defeat at least half of the enemies across a layer, your Walking Speed increases by 7.5 and you deal 7.5% more DMGIf you have not defeated at least half of the enemies across a layer, your Walking Speed decreases by 5 and you deal 5% less DMG
Artifact of Wrath
When you are Parried, your DMG increases by 1.25% for 8 seconds, which can stack up to 5 times
After getting 5 stacks, the next skill unlocks Hyperarmor, and you can ignore an oncoming Parry
Gumption Amulet
You can block 2-handed weapons, as your Posture scales with 4% of your Maximum HP
As you block, you get a 10% Armor boost
If your Posture is broken, the effect lasts double the time and deals 2x the DMG
Iron Counterweight
Performing Parries successfully means your next M1 hit deals 15% more DMG (can stack up to 5 times)
Katiyr Claws
Roll Cooldown reduces by 15%Roll Distance increases by 15%
Lucky Dice
You roll a die with six sides when you defeat an enemy. The possible effects are:

Spells which you must cast have a 33% chance of being cast twice, inflicting yourself with a debuff from the matching School of MagicThis deals 2.25 DMG per second for 1 to 5 seconds
Thorns of Discord
20% of the Melee DMG you take is reflected to the enemyReduces your HP replenishment by 7.5%
D Tier
Lightning Charm
When you Roll, you teleport, decreasing the iframes of the Roll and increasing the cooldown of Rolls
The Distance at which you roll scales off of your Walking Speed
Oni Mask
There is an 18% chance of being mimicked by a demon each time you cast a skill
The demon also plays sounds and summons random enemies
Metal Arm
M1 DMG when using your fist increases by 2.5You can block attacks with your fists, but you take 15% Chip DMG
Tome of Tranquillity
Regen rate scales off of your Out of Combat rate, but is reduced by 20%
