How to Get the Zen Legendary Long Stick in Dying Light: The Beast
Acquiring the only Long Stick weapon, the Zen in Dying Light: The Beast, requires a different method than going to a specific location to get it. Doug, the trader at the Town Hall in the Old Town region, sells the Zen weapon. However, due to the randomization of the merchant’s shop, Doug will not always have Zen in stock. Moreover, since the Zen is a Legendary weapon, it only appears at Doug’s shop starting at Level 11.

The higher your level, the greater the chances of it appearing at Doug’s shop. The Zen offers the following bonus stats.
Additional Damage (Headstrikes/Parkour)

Moreover, the Zen weapon has three slots for the Mods. You can modify the Zen to add multiple Mods to it to make it more lethal.
NOTE: Purchasing the Zen weapon does not give you its blueprint. Meaning, you cannot craft it again. You will have to wait for it to appear again at Doug’s Shop to purchase it again.
How to Randomize Doug’s Shop Quickly
Moreover, the Zen is not the only Legendary weapon that appears at Doug’s Shop. There are several other Legendary weapons, and only one of them has a chance to appear every time you visit Doug. However, there is a simple method that you can follow to randomize the shop. The method is as follows.
Leave the Town Hall from the main door.
Go straight through the courtyard to reach the staircase.
Come back to the Town Hall and visit Doug’s shop.
Every time you cross the Town Hall’s courtyard, Doug’s shop alters. It is the quickest way to randomize the shop and get the Legendary weapon you are hoping for.
