With the Volcanic Update part 2, we got the new 99 Nights in the Forest Fire Bandit Class. This rather intriguing faction may be better than you think, despite its reasonable price. My guide tells you the full ins and outs of this Class, comparing it to the Poison Master, which shares a price and a few other overlaps.
To help you afford the newest Fire Bandit class, you may need some extra Diamonds. Fortunately for you, I have a 99 Nights Ram Update Codes guide! Or, get straight into gameplay via Roblox.
99 Nights in the Forest Fire Bandit Overview
The Fire Bandit costs 200 Diamonds to buy, the same as the Poison Master. Put a pin in what I said here, as both classes have overlaps, but there’s a better choice between the two.
Those within this faction begin each game with x1 Infernal Crossbow and x1 Wildfire Potion.
Infernal Crossbow
The Crossbow has infinite ammo and a decent reloading time. However, its range is quite low, meaning your target needs to be close for a shot to hit. Its damage is also roughly the same as a Spear (from observation), though the burning debuff will continue to deal damage over several ticks. If you defeat an animal, the meat they drop will automatically be cooked.
Wildfire
Wildfire is basically a free 1-time-use defence blueprint that you can drop anywhere. When used, it creates an AoE pool of lava that damages any enemies which walk over it. The Wildfire is best used on Cultists who invade the camp or at their strongholds.
That isn’t all, as the Fire Bandit has three upgrades for the player to unlock and prestige with.
Level 1 – Start with Infernal Crossbow and Wildfire.Level 2 – Other tools have a chance to set enemies on fire
This is brilliant as it means that you don’t have to solely rely on the close-range crossbow to take down enemies and burn them. Though it isn’t a guarantee that every hit will inflict burn.Requires: Kill 100 Enemies with fire and set 200 Enemies on fire.
Level 3 – 10% chance to get Wildfire Potion as a bonus drop from chests.
Requires: Kill 250 Enemies with fire and set 500 Enemies on fire.
Fire Bandit vs Poison Master
Now, these classes aren’t exact, but they do cost the same and come with a unique infinite ammo weapon. So, which is better, and is the Fire Bandit a good Class to buy?
Well, the Poison Master Blowpipe isn’t nearly as effective as the Infernal Crossbow. Unlike the Crossbow’s quick reload time, the Blowdart has a long cooldown between uses, and the player can only fire 3 every 10 seconds. Not only that, the Blowpipe deals less damage, and whilst it does inflict poison, this doesn’t auto-cook meat.
I think the Fire Bandit is an incredible class, maybe even better than the Pyromancer, despite being much cheaper.
