What do we have here? Invada Films has debuted an official UK trailer for a survival thriller indie film titled Game, made by filmmaker John Minton as his feature directorial debut. Not to be confused with the Gerard Butler video game action movie Gamer from 2009. Game is a thriller set during the ’90s British rave scene, where two men, one a thief and one a poacher, must use their wits to survive after a car crash in the woods. It’s produced by Geoff Barrow of the band Portishead, trying out something new. Starring Marc Bessant & Jason Williamson. The official UK premiere will be on October 16th at the opening night of Mayhem Film Festival in Nottingham, before the film hits UK theaters in November. Though still no US release set yet for this one. The film looks like some funky experimental indie horror creation, mixing nature and raves and psychological mania and more.
