Palia’s Botanical Bliss update is here, and it is bringing various new features, including new content for all players. The main theme of this update is Flora, offering new flowers for players to gather and decorate their garden like never before. Moreover, the main highlight of this update is the new dynamic event, Flower Bloom. Similar to other dynamic events like Piksii Blossom in Elderwood and Flow-Infused Trees in Bahari Bay, the Flower Bloom event is exclusive to Kilima Valley. In this guide, we will walk you through the Flower Bloom Event in Palia.
Flower Bloom Event Guide
Time and Place of Flower Bloom Event in Palia
The Flower Bloom event takes place only in Kilima Valley every day at 12 PM (in-game) time. Moreover, the event begins in six random locations throughout Kilima Valley. There is no specific location for this event, as the player has to explore Kilima to find the location of the event. The player can go to any event location and participate in it.
How to find the Flower Bloom Event location
Finding the Flower Bloom event location is easier than it seems. The event takes place in six random locations throughout Kilima, which means players can go to any location to participate. Even before the event’s time, you will see an orange mist around the area. This determines the location of the event. If you go to the orange mist area during the event’s time, you will witness weeds around the little green sprouts.
How to Participate in the Flower Bloom Event
All players, returning and new, can participate in the Flower Bloom event as long as they have the Watering Can tool. Moreover, the event does not necessarily require a party of players. Players can join this event Solo and with friends.
What to Do at Flower Bloom Event
As the name suggests, the event is all about growing the sprouts into beautiful flowers. There are two main roles in this event: Weeder and Waterer.
The weeder has a role of removing the weeds/overgrown plants around the little green sprouts. Forage as many weeds as possible to help the sprouts grow.
The waterer has the role of watering the little green sprouts in the area. Each sprout will require a certain amount of water to grow. Watering a sprout solo will take more time for it to grow. It is best to water alongside other players to grow the sprouts quickly.
TIP: It is best to fill up the watering can before participating in the flower bloom event.
Rewards of the Flower Bloom Event
Once the weeders and waterers have helped sprouts bloom into beautiful flowers, players can harvest them. Gathering the flowers will reward players with various flowers, including new flowers, spices, and much more. The common rewards are the Kilima Flowers, sellable weeds, and spices, like Spice Sprouts and Wild Garlic. In addition to these rewards, there are also special rewards, which include 10 new flowers, 9 new planters, a floral nameplate, and a lost Potato Pod.
NOTE: The special rewards are rare and random. Players gathering the blooming flowers will randomly receive one of the special rewards.
The event itself does not take too long to complete, and since it begins every in-game day, you will be back at the event in an hour. To get all of the special rewards, you must participate in the event often.
