Starting the quest
Starting the Written in the Stars quest will require the player to reach Romance Level 3 with Hassian, reach Friendship Level 4 with Sifuu, and complete the Proper Courtship quest. Players must reach Friendship Level 3 or higher and gift a box of chocolate or a heartdrop lily to unlock the romance option with Hassian. After that, they must complete the prerequisite quests by reaching Friendship Level 4 with Sifuu. Once done, Sifuu will send a letter to the player. Read the letter from Sifuu at the housing plot to initiate the Written in the Stars quest.
Go see what Sifuu wants
After reading Sifuu’s letter, go and speak with her. Go through the dialogues to learn that something is bothering Hassian. Sifuu will mention that there might be some clues at her house. After speaking with Sifuu, go to her house. Enter the house and go to the room on the right. Here, you will find the Old Star Charts on the table. Pick it up and go back to Sifuu to tell her about your findings. Go through the dialogues to give a suggestion of building a telescope for Hassian to cheer him up.
Gather materials to make a telescope for Hassian
Now, you need to gather the following materials so that Sifuu can make Hassian a new telescope.
1x Copper Bar: Craft at the Smelter using Copper Ores.
1x Glass Pane: Craft at the Glass Furnace using Stones.
1x Silver Ore: Mine it from the Silver Nodes near or on top of cliffs throughout Kilima Valley.
After gathering all of the materials, bring them to Sifuu. Go through the dialogues, and she will make a telescope and tell you to deliver it to Hassian.
