“What is it you think it’s your job to fix?” A24 has unveiled the official trailer for the indie film If I Had Legs I’d Kick You, made by talented up-and-coming filmmaker Mary Bronstein. This first premiered at the 2025 Sundance Film Festival earlier this year to rave reviews, then it played other fests including Berlin, Karlovy Vary, and Melbourne. It’s next playing at the Toronto Film Festival next month before opening in limited theaters this fall for everyone to watch. With her life crashing down around her, Linda attempts to navigate her child’s mysterious illness, her absent husband, a missing person, and an increasingly hostile relationship with her own therapist. Featuring a vivid style, the film is described as “a visceral depiction of modern day motherhood.” Starring Rose Byrne as Linda, with Conan O’Brien, Danielle Macdonald, ASAP Rocky, Ivy Wolk, Daniel Zolghadri, and Josh Pais. This is an excellent trailer that captures the frenetic, intense, amusing vibe of this film perfectly and showcases Rose Byrne at her very best. Have a look. // Continue Reading ›
