Blueberry Leather is one of the crucial resources in Grounded 2. Progressing through the mid-game campaign will probably require the players to craft better armor. Doing so will require several pieces of the Blueberry Leather. Moreover, the Blueberry Leather also comes in handy for building structures. In this guide, we will tell you how to get Blueberry Leather in Grounded 2.
How to Get Blueberry Leather in Grounded 2
Acquiring the Blueberry Leather in Grounded 2 will require players to get Blueberry Chunks and use them at the workbench to craft Blueberry Leather. Although it sounds quite easy enough, there are a few steps to it. Similar to other recipes, the players must unlock the recipe for Blueberry Leather before they can craft it. To do so, players have to find Blueberries and break them to get the Blueberry Chunks. Once done, they can bring the Blueberry Chunks to a Ranger Station and analyze them to unlock the recipe for the leather.
Where to find Blueberries in Grounded 2
The best method to get Blueberries is to knock them down from the trees. There are several blueberry trees in the Ice Cream Truck region, located southeast of the map. While progressing through the main campaign, you will get to travel there to find the ORC Soldiers by the pond. Make your way to the southeast side of the Ice Cream region until you come across the blueberry trees. Now, use the arrows to break the blueberries from the branches. Alternatively, if you are using a mount, you can use its attacks to break the blueberries.
Now, go close to the blueberry and chop it using the Omni-Tool axe. It will drop the Blueberry Chunks on the ground. Make sure to chop as many Blueberries as you can and store the Blueberry Chunks in your inventory. It is because you will save a lot of time traveling from your base to the Blueberry Trees area, unless you have a separate base in that area.
Craft the Blueberry Leather at a Workbench
After acquiring the Blueberry Chunks, it is time to analyze them at the Ranger Station to unlock the recipe for the Blueberry Leather. Go to the Ranger Station location and interact with the Resource Analyzer machine. Select the Blueberry Chunks from the backpack to start analyzing them. As the process ends, you will unlock the recipes for Blueberry Chair, Hedge Lord, and Blueberry Leather.
Now, go to your base and interact with the workbench. Navigate to the “Resources” tab to find the recipe for Blueberry Leather. It will take 3x Blueberry Chunks to craft a single piece of Blueberry Leather. If you have a good amount of Blueberry Chunks, try to craft as many Blueberry Leather as you can to craft better armor.
