The Jandel Monkey pet is of the Prismatic rarity and is one of the rarest pets in the game due to its obtainment method. If you don’t know, the owner of Grow a Garden is called Jandel! The pet looks like the regular Monkey pet, but with a crown.
What Does the Jandel Monkey Do?
The Jandel Monkey pet wakes up his wife, which applies every mutation in the game to a random crop. This occurs every 29 seconds, though this may increase if the pet is not at level 100. The information I’m going off is regarding a level 100 Jandel Monkey.
This passive ability makes this the most OP pet in Grow a Garden. If a crop has every single mutation, its selling value multiplies by… well, a lot. However, there’s a chance for this to not work, and if this is the case, a message appears at the top of your screen saying ‘Jandel Monkey woke up his wife but failed to apply all mutations to (crop name)‘.
How to Get the Jandel Monkey Pet
To obtain the Jandel Monkey pet, you need to win Jandel’s giveaway in the official Grow a Garden Discord server. At the moment, Jandel is doing this giveaway every week. So, there’s a chance to win the giveaway every 7 days!
It is unknown as to whether there is a limit to how many Jandel Monkeys he is giving away, but for now, just make sure to enter the competition and keep an eye out in the Discord server. Because of the ‘once per week’ rule, the number of players who have this pet is extremely low.
