Beyond Casual Media debuted the first official trailer for an indie horror thriller film titled The Observance, described as a psychological horror about a cult. This premiered at a few indie film festivals earlier this year and it still doesn’t have a release date set yet, but they’re hyping it up anyway with a fancy website and this trailer for now. After five years in a coma, Madison Neubauer awakens… only to discover that her home and family are ensnared by “The Observance”, a ruthless religious cult hell-bent on preserving its darkest secrets. They’ve got the whole town ensnared. Director Robert Hollocks delivers a haunting, suspense-filled vision, co-written with Amy Rhinehart Bailey, filled with psychological twists and chilling revelations.
