How to Complete the Open the Door Quest in Palia
Starting the quest
Starting the Open the Door quest will require the player to reach Friendship Level 3 with Jina and complete the Key quest. Upon reaching Level 3 and completing the prerequisite quest, you will receive a letter from Jina. Now, go to Jina and speak with her about the letter.
Solve the riddle for Jina
While speaking with Jina, she will ask you a riddle that she finds hard to solve. The riddle is as follows.
“There is a house. One enters it knowing all and leaves knowing nothing.”
The correct answer to this riddle is “A School”. If you don’t get the right answer, Jina will find it on her own. After speaking with Jina, you have to wait for a bit until she sends you another letter. Go back to the housing plot and open the mail to read the letter from Jina. After that, go back to Jina and speak with her.
Solve the second riddle
The answer to the second riddle is the broken fountain in the center of Kilima Village. You can speak with Einar about the riddle to get some clues. Go to the center of the Kilima Village to find the fountain. There will be several triangles around the fountain structure. You need to interact with the one facing Jel’s Store.
Solve the third riddle
For the third riddle, you need to find an item that “compresses the sands of time”. The correct item for this riddle is a Pearl. You can get the Pearl from opening the Unopened Oysters found in Bahari Bay. Go to the coastal areas of Bahari Bay and gather as many oysters as you can. Once done, start opening the oysters to find the Pearl.
Talk to Jina
After solving the final riddle, go back to Jina and speak with her. Go through the dialogues, and the quest will conclude.
