“There is no home without you, buddy.” Warner Bros & DC Studios have launched the main official trailer for the Supergirl movie, the follow-up to James Gunn’s Superman movie from this year. Looks even better than before! Supergirl is directed by Craig Gillespie (of I, Tonya and Cruella) and will be out in theaters in June 2026 this summer for another DC adventure (while we wait for Man of Tomorrow to hit in 2027). When an unexpected & ruthless adversary strikes too close to home, Kara Zor-El, aka Supergirl, reluctantly joins forces with an unlikely companion. Kara Zor-El celebrates her 21st birthday by travelling across the galaxy with her dog Krypto. She meets the young Ruthye Marye Knoll and encounters a tragedy that leads her out on a murderous quest for revenge – and to save her dog. Milly Alcock stars as Kara Zor-El, with Matthias Schoenaerts, Eve Ridley, David Krumholtz, Emily Beecham, as well as Jason Momoa as Lobo (hey there!). This full trailer finally packs a punch – an improvement over the first teaser last year. Not only an emotional intro, but it seems like all the action might be properly badass, too. Fire it up below. // Continue Reading ›
