Creating a Sailor Piece Luck Build for your character is a surefire way to get the rarest items. The rarer the item in Sailor Piece, the better it is for your build.

Luck is one of the most important stats in the game. The higher your Luck, the more likely you are to get rare items. This counts for chests, boss drops, and anything that grants you rewards.
With that, here are the best ways to increase your Luck:
Race
The best race to play as when it comes to creating a Luck build is the Kitsune. This is the only race in Sailor Piece that has a Luck buff, and a great one at that.
As a Kitsune, your Luck is automatically increased by 25%. This is a Mythical rarity race with a less than 1% drop chance, so make sure you’re stocking up on Race Rerolls.
Clan
Multiple clans provide a Luck buff, with the best options being Alter and Eminence, both boosting your Luck by 12%. However, Monarch, Espada and Pride increase your Luck stat by 10%.
Aside from the Pride clan, which is of the Legendary rarity, the rest are Mythical, so they’re not the easiest to get. The only way to join a new clan is by using Clan Rerolls.

As you can see, the best title to equip in terms of Luck is Celestial Favor, with a buff of 50%.
Runes
The best Rune to equip is the Radiant Rune. At its base, it increases your Luck by 17.5% and at maximum, the buff increases to 28%.
There’s another option, which is the Fortune Rune. It’s not as good as the Radiant Rune, as its base buff is a 10% increase to your Luck, maxing out at 15% overall.
Skill Tree
There’s a Luck branch in the Skill Tree. At maximum, you can unlock a 25% Luck boost. Each Skill Tree level increases your Luck by 5%, and there are 5 levels at this current time.
The amount of Skill Points you need increases per level, with the fifth and final level requiring 100 Skill Points.
Ascension
Each time you Ascend, you gain a Luck buff stack of 5%. With 7 Ascension levels, the current cap for this stack is a 35% boost to your Luck stat.
Ascending requires you to reach level milestones, use your abilities, complete dungeons, defeat a certain number of NPCs and bosses, and deal a specific amount of DMG. Apart from the first Ascension, the rest also require you to collect items dropped by bosses.
