Mafioso’s Dice is a new tabletop-style game hitting Early Access on Steam soon. Launching on March 20th, it brings a mix of social deduction and dice mechanics. It’s developed by Document 34 and published by Teneke Kafalar Spotlight.

It’s poker night with a mafia standoff

Mafioso’s Dice brings tension, mind games, and a bit of chaos. Matches require four players, each trying to outlast the others with calculated risk and bluffing. Everyone takes on hidden roles, so from the start, there’s already a layer of suspicion in every move.

You roll dice to rack up points, with combinations based on poker hands like Pair, Three of a Kind, Full House, Four of a Kind, and Straight. You can choose to keep or reroll dice, so there’s some control in shaping outcomes.

The milestone is hitting 1200 points, which gives you the right to shoot, and that’s where things take a turn. Reaching that mark, the game shifts into a Russian roulette phase. You pick a target and pull the trigger.

But since roles are hidden, there’s always a risk of making the wrong call. Taking out the wrong person can completely flip the balance. On the other hand, hitting the right target can push you closer to victory. The match keeps going until only one mafia member is left standing.

Mafioso’s Dice is coming in Early Access

A 4-player online co-op, Mafioso’s Dice, arrives on March 20th, 2026, on Steam. The game gives you a set of unique roles, each of which messes with expectations in different ways. The Capo can take out two targets in a single turn, while the Don turns any assassination attempt back on the attacker.

The Arm Dealer gets a peek at one of the loaded bullets whenever any player completes their score, regardless of whose turn it is. The Madman doesn’t even get to choose who they shoot, instead firing at a random living player.

Other roles lean even more into mind games. The Politician can redirect incoming shots to another target. The Consigliere gains full knowledge of everyone’s roles after completing their score. Two Face introduces a coin flip that can backfire on anyone trying to shoot them. The Underboss survives the first successful hit, no matter what. But it’s only once!
