Despite the name mostly giving it away, players, including myself, were confused about where to find Night Vampires in Bizarre Lineage. Fortunately, I’ve figured out, and I’m here to tell you where to find them, too, and why you need to exorcise Dios fanclub to get stronger. MUCH stronger…
So, let’s get into it!
Where to Find Night Vampires in Bizarre Lineage
Night Vampires spawn randomly around the map at night. I recommend pressing N to trigger your Eagle Vision and check if any are in proximity to you.
Night Vampires also have a chance to spawn during PvE Missions.
As frustrating as these simple sentences are, it really is that simple. Other content specifying locations isn’t 100% accurate. The Night Vampires have complete free-roam, meaning exact locations aren’t faultless. You may find them where other players recommend, or you may encounter them literally anywhere else on the map.
The only real hint to follow is to ensure it’s night when you’re looking. They don’t spawn during the day and will despawn during new day cycles.
Unlocking Hamon
If you’re unsure as to why you’re on the prowl for night-dwelling ghouls, let me be the first to explain.
Ancient Ghost, a Johnathon-inspired NPC, stands within the Flower Field near Bus Stop 5. In exchange for completing his questline, which includes defeating Night Vampires, he will teach you the Ripple move set (Hamon).
The Ripple is a sub-ability, meaning it exists alongside other combat, such as Weapons and Stands. It’s not commonly used as a primary fighting style, so it has niche and situational uses, which I’ll explain further down this article.
Hamon Questline
After paying $50 to begin the Quest, Ancient Ghost will task you with the following:
Kill 10x Night Vampires.Complete 1x World Event.Spar with Ancient Ghost.Win a 1v1 via gamemode, or complete PvP Missions via the board.Spar with Ancient Ghost again.Defeat The Self.
Head to the Gym (Bus Stop 2) and meditate on the Yoga Mats.
Defeat Dio Raid Boss (Final Quest)
The Ripple Move Set
Once you’ve been realised by Ancient Ghost, you’ll unlock The Ripple, which includes three moves.
Sunlight Yellow Overdrive
Imbue your fists with raw Hamon energy and barrage an opponent in a flurry of punches, stunning them and giving them extra vulnerability to your follow-up attack.
Sendo Ripple Overdrive
Channel Hamon into your palm, placing your hand to the floor and conjuring a wave of Hamon in front of you to stun and damage your enemy.
Scarlet Overdrive
Pack all your Hamon energy into one powerful punch, lunging into an enemy and hitting them hard, applying ragdoll and vulnerability.

Q: Which is better between Hamon and Vampire?
A: All of The Ripple moves deal more damage to Vampire (Sub-Ability and NPCs), so it’s a tankier build to wield if you find yourself in conflict with the Dio fanclub often.
Note: This is the niche and situational uses I mentioned earlier.
Q: Are Night Vampires a rare spawn?
A: Yes, mostly due to their large spawn radius. It’s likely that other players also hunting the Night Vampire will destroy them before you find them. For this reason, it’s easier to hunt them using a Private Server.
