Exploring the Care Center thoroughly and progressing the main story will require you to access Security Doors. Each Security Door requires a specific Security ID Wristband Level. There are three ID Wristbands scattered around the Care Center. The players must acquire the ID Wristbands to get all quartzes and escape the Care Center through the Courtyard. All ID Wristbands in Resident Evil Requiem
The ID Wristbands are essential for unlocking the Security Doors around the Care Center. There are three ID Wristbands: Level 1, Level 2, and Level 3. Below, you can find the method to get every ID Wristband.
How to Get ID Wristband Level 1 in Resident Evil Requiem
The ID Wristband Level 1 is on the second floor of the East Wing area in the corridor to the Conference Room. After acquiring the East Wing Keycard, open the East Wing area and make your way up to the second floor. Once there, continue down the corridor and pick up the ID Wristband Level 1 from the floor.
How to Get ID Wristband Level 2 in Resident Evil Requiem
The ID Wristband Level 2 is obtained from the body in the Examination Room in the East Wing area. However, you cannot get it until you kickstart the body back to life and kill it again. To do so, you need two things: Artificial Lungs and an Artificial Heart. Now, before you get these items, you must solve the puzzle box in the Lead Researcher’s Office. It will get you the Sun Quartz and the notebook on how to unlock the organ transport box. Read the note carefully, as you have to follow the instructions to open the organ transport box.
Where to Find Artificial Lungs in Resident Evil Requiem
Once you are ready, head to the Security Level 1 door in the West Wing area past the Kitchen. Use the ID Wristband Level 1 to open the door and head inside the Custodian’s Office. Pick up the Wrench from the table, as you will need it later. Now, leave the office and go down to the garage. Head to the van at the back and pick up the organ transport box.
Rotate the box and open its back to reveal the switches to open it. Follow the following steps to open the organ transport box.
Set the dial to “Hand”.
Move the right switch to the middle.
Lower the two Yellow Switches, number 2 and number 5.
Set the dial back to “Auto”.
As you open the box, it will reveal the Artificial Lungs.
Where to Find an Artificial Heart in Resident Evil Requiem
Now, head to the Cold Storage in the West Wing area, past the staircase to the second floor. Once there, interact with the wheel. The wheel will snap, but you can use the wrench to open the door. After opening the Cold Storage door, pick up the Artificial Heart inside.
Get the ID Wristband Level 2 from the Body in the Examination Room
Now, head to the East Wing area and make your way to the Examination Room. Once there, interact with the body to place the Artificial Lungs and the Heart. The dead body will come alive, and you have to kill it again. Once the body is dead, you can pick up the ID Wristband Level 2.
How to Get the ID Wristband Level 3 in Resident Evil Requiem
With the ID Wristband Level 2 in hand, you can now access the Isolation Ward. Head to the Isolation Ward in the East Wing area and use the ID Wristband to open the door. Continue through the path to reach the Security Manager’s Office. Once there, you will spot the final puzzle box.
However, there will be no symbols, only braille. After the cutscene, you will get the ID Wristband Level 3, which you can use to free Emily, the girl in the Guard’s Office. She will help you solve the puzzle box to get the final quartz.
