Fisch Dusekkar Rod
Obtainable during Fischfright 2, 2025, the Dusekkar Rod was time-intensive and hard to unlock, leaving many players without it. However, with Fischmas 2 around the corner, this rod has become a hot topic, and players are now wondering if it’s worth their one wish to Santa.
The Dusekkar Rod has the following stats and passives:

20% chance for Nightmare Mutation (8.8x Multiplier Value)12% chance per fish movement to stab+20% Progress+25% Progress Speed.
What Makes This Rod Good?
The Dusekkar isn’t a meta rod, but it certainly fits nicely into the late-game. It’s a great all-rounder with well-balanced stats and high money-making potential. It also makes easier work of rarer and high-resilience fish easier due to its +20% Progress and +25% Progress Speed buff.
That said, it is nerfed by its lesser Control, making perfect catches difficult to execute.
Should You Wish For This Rod?
Whilst objectively good, the Dusekkar Rod likely isn’t worth your one wish, unless you already have most other late-game Rods and just want to unlock something new that you possibly missed out on.
That said, I do think your wish is better spent on rods that are now unobtainable, as even if you wish for a late-game grind-heavy obtainable rod, that rod is still available to get. You should instead utilise this rare chance at a free rod by grabbing one that’s now entirely unobtainable. If that happens to be the Dusekkar Rod, then so be it, have fun, and merry Fischmas!
