All About Ladybug and Cat Noir Joining My Talking Angela 2

My Talking Angela 2 has just seen two exciting new arrivals thanks to Talking Tom & Friends’ ongoing partnership with the Miraculous brand. In fact after the first week from the Thanksgiving Day rollout of this crossover, My Talking Angela 2 saw an uplift of 1.5 million downloads – as well as over 500,000 engagements across social media.

That’s the power of superheroes Ladybug and Cat Noir currently being a part of Talking Angela’s world – and are offering players the chance to put their dancing and martial art skills to the test, as well as to grab exciting new rewards.

What is My Talking Angela 2?

First, for those not already in the know, we’d better explain what My Talking Angela 2 is all about. You may have already heard of the game’s sister (brother?) title, My Talking Tom 2, and the now remastered original Talking Tom Cat.

The sequel to My Talking Angela, it’s a hugely charming combination of pet and life sim boasting superbly detailed presentation that will win you over in seconds.

You help the titular Talking Angela in making sure she’s got enough food to eat, but also making sure she stays looking fabulous – utilising her wide range of clothes and makeup. The range of cosmetic options to choose from is dizzying, and puts other games in the genre to shame.

There’s a host of other things to do other than just dressing up, including cooking, travel, and a range of varied and engaging minigames. A new Hair Salon feature was added this summer, for example.

So, the addition of superheroes Ladybug and Cat Noir adds even more content to an already satisfying package. 

This new collaboration specifically brings a major upgrade to the game’s popular Talent Show feature. You can now take the stage as Talking Angela alongside the two superheroes and take part in two new activities – dancing and Bamboo Strike Martial Arts.

Before the show begins there’s a Dress-Up Step stage that lets you customize Angela’s look and select the Miraculous® character to perform alongside her in the show. You can even customise Ladybug to make sure your performance will look exactly how you want it to.

Once the stage lights come on, each character has their turn to perform. There are dance routines to nail and bamboo to be slashed, with both requiring very different skillsets.

If you manage to master both you’ll be rewarded with Ladybug tokens, which you can then use to redeem exclusive in-game items. This includes the ultimate prize, a brand-new Lady Noire-themed outfit.

Anything else?

Of course! There’s also a pink-spotted Miraculous®-inspired outfit that you can claim right up until December 25th this year as part of this collaboration.

Better still, once collected it’ll remain permanently in your in-game wardrobe. If you want to stock up your collection of outfits further you can even purchase four special additional costumes – Ladybug Classic, Rena Rouge, Vesperia, and Pigella.
