It will turn the white ripples into gold ripples when casting the line of the fishing rod.
Dill is a spice-type ingredient that grows in the wild. It only spawns in the Wishing Alps biome. Look for the green spice growing on the ground while exploring the areas of the Wishing Alps.

Find any cooking station in the Valley, Eternity Isle, Storybook Vale, or Wishblossom Mountains, and interact with it.
