How to Rescue Graves and Sam in Deadly Delivery
To rescue both Graves and Sam, you first need to find them when exploring each floor. However, these NPCs only appear on certain floors. Make sure to check every room on a floor, as NPCs can be easy to miss when you’re focused on collecting items and avoiding entities.

Where can you find Graves and Sam?
Graves
To find Graves, you need to make it to at least floor 15. This NPC spawns on floor 15 or below!
Sam
Luckily, Sam has a chance to spawn earlier than Graves. From floor 10, Sam may appear.
How to Rescue NPCs
When you find an NPC (including Graves and Sam), they are tied up with a rope while sitting on the ground. Approach the NPC and interact with them to remove the rope. You have to hold the button to remove the rope, so make sure you’re staying alert in case any entities are wandering around close by.
Once the ropes are gone, the NPC follows you, and you must take them to the elevator room. If you fail to do this, then the rescue mission is unsuccessful.
Reward For Rescuing Graves and Sam
When you rescue Graves, you unlock the Veteran class
Even when unlocking the class, you must spend 30K gold
Rescuing Sam unlocks the Porter class
You still need to spend 30K gold after unlocking this class
Do Other NPCs Spawn?
Yes! While the reward for finding and rescuing Graves and Sam is the unlocking of their respective classes, there are random NPCs that can appear on any floor. When rescuing an NPC that isn’t Graves or Sam, you get gold as a reward!
