Cruella is one of the new characters in Disney Dreamoight Valley added with the Wishblossom Ranch expansion. She is one of the long-awaited characters in Dreamlight Valley, and with the new expansion, players will be able to unlock her by completing her series of starting quests. However, since she is exclusive to the expansion, players must own the expansion to discover and unlock her. In this guide, we’ll go over how you can unlock Cruella in Disney Dreamlight Valley.
How to Unlock Cruella in Disney Dreamlight Valley
As mentioned above, the first and foremost requirement for unlocking Cruella is owning the Wishblossom Ranch expansion. Once players have bought the Expansion, they will be able to go to the Wishblossom Ranch, a new world beyond Dreamlight Valley. The Wishblossom Ranch contains three different biomes, and Cruella is found in the Glamour Gulch biome, the second biome of the Wishblossom Ranch.
The Glamour Gulch is northwest of the Wishing Alps biome. To access the Glamour Gulch, the players must first unlock Maximus, a special rideable mount with a long jump ability. Moreover, the players must reach Friendship Level 3 with Maximus to make the jump to Glamour Gulch. Once there, players will have to pursue three different quests for Cruella before unlocking her as a villager.
The Decay of Fashion
At the start of the Decay of Fashion quest, players will make the jump to Glamour Gulch. They will have to follow the tire tracks to locate Cruella. The tire tracks will lead the players to a Quarry, where they will find Cruella’s Car and her Makeup Kit. Interact with the Makeup Kit to follow Cruella’s Scent, which will lead to a nearby cave.
After finding Cruella, the players will have to take pictures of various locations and help repair the Bell Tower. Once done, players will have to craft and place an Afternoon Tea Set for Cruella to freshen her up.
The De Vil Crash
After freeing Cruella, she will ask the players to help her with her car in The De Vil Crash quest. The players must wear a new uniform for Cruella and gather her journal fragments around Glamour Gulch. Once done, players will have to gather various resources to make a repair kit for the rope and pulley in the Quarry. After crafting the repair kit, players will have to use their initiate horse mount to get Cruella’s car out of the Quarry.
The Skunk Rebellion
After helping Cruella with her car situation, players will learn that Cruella is not honest about the Crystal Key in The Skunk Rebellion quest. The Crystal Key will not be in Cruella’s Car, which will lead to an alternate plan. Snow White will suggest asking for help from the Skunks. However, the players must first build a house for the Skunks. Once done, the players will need to meet with Professor Mouffette, the leader of the skunks. It will give the bridge’s lever for Cruella’s Fortress. Go to Cruella’s Fortress and lower the bridge to begin the rebellion. Deactivate all the statues to secure the fortress. Once done, Cruella will agree to give the Crystal Key, but she will need a home.
After that, you need to place Cruella House’s Foundation anywhere in the Glamour Gulch biome. Once done, interact with Scrooge’s sign to build Cruella’s House for 15,000 Star Coins. As you build Cruella’s House, you will get to welcome her and unlock her as a villager. From now on, you will be able to give gifts to her and complete Friendship Quests for her as well.
