Beavers Gone Wild! Full Trailer for Pixar’s ‘Hoppers’ About Animals

“When you gotta eat, eat.” Pixar has unveiled their main official trailer for their next original movie titled Hoppers, opening in theaters in March 2026. This looks awesome! Pixar’s Hoppers is an original project written and directed by Daniel Chong, best known for the We Bare Bears: The Movie and “We Bare Bears” series before making this for Pixar. An animal lover uses technology that places her consciousness into a robotic beaver to uncover mysteries within the animal world beyond her imagination. The concept in this is that scientists discover how to “hop” the human consciousness into lifelike robotic animals, allowing us to communicate with animals as animals! Mabel Tanaka (voiced by Piper Curda) ends up putting her mind inside of a beaver and off we go on this fun animal adventure. The voice cast features Piper with Bobby Moynihan as King George, a beaver, and Jon Hamm as Mayor Jerry, a greedy mayor they must defeat. This absolutely does feel like Avatar – especially once she unites the animal kingdom in uprising against the humans. But of course there’s going to be more twists and turns in this.
