Whether you want to craft or progress deeper into the Fisch Cultist Lair, you’ll need to get your hands on Fisch Moon Wood. Luckily, it’s easy to find. If you’re an avid player of Fisch, you may have some without realizing it!

How to Obtain Fisch Moon Wood

You can get Moon Wood by fishing on Snowcap Island, but more specifically, by fishing in the ocean near the island. It makes for an easy catch. Sadly, it has no preferences, so it all comes down to RNG luck.

As it is of legendary rarity, it may take a while. I suggest using a rod that gives additional luck to boost your chances of reeling one in.

Why Do You Need Moon Wood?

Moon Wood is a crafting item that has two main uses in the world of Fisch.

Cultists Lair

If you want to progress in the Cultists Lair, you will need to get your hands on Moon Wood, but more specifically, Moon Wood with the Albino Mutation. Once you enter the Cultists Lair, you will see a large door with a lock on it. To open it, you need these items:

Albino Mood Wood
You can get the Albino Mutation through Appraisal, the Noir Enchantment, or naturally when fishing.

Sparkling Enchant Relic
There are many ways to get an Enchant Relic! You can fish, open Supreme and Unique Presents, inside Treasure Chests, Fallen Stars, Aquariums, and the Daily Shop.The Sparkling Mutation is available through Appraisal, Sparkling, and Night of the Luminous events, Blessed and Glittered Enchantment, Seraphic, Destiny, and Axe of Rhoads Rods. Or, the Polaris Serenade and Chrysalis passive ability.

Celestial Rod

The second reason you may need Moon Wood is if you plan on crafting the Celestial Rod. To craft this rod, you need the following:

x3 Moon Woodx2 Moonstone
Obtained from Metors in the Ancient Isle.
x1 Ancient Thread
You can get this from Treasure Chests, fishing, or the Aquarium.
