S Tier

John Doe
Obtainment:
3K Tix
Moves:
Passive:
Pretty slow movement speed in general
Punch and Slash (M1)
Slash at survivors and punch them, both of which deal the same amount of damage with the same hitbox
Corroded Wave (Q)
Smash your arm beneath the floor to leave behind corrupted liquid. Any survivors who touch this liquid are inflicted with damage over time, and their movement speed is reduced, while you get a speed boost in exchangeIf you press Q again, you summon spikes from the ground
Command Grab (E)
Grab a survivor and knock them back
Corrupted Force (R)
Charge up the attack before ramming into survivors in front of you. If you grab a survivor, you can slam into a wall to deal additional damage

A Tier

Jeff the Killer
Obtainment:
1K Tix
Moves:
Slash and Stab (M1)
Deals more damage if you stab from behind
Murderous Intent (Q)
Turn invisible, reducing your movement speed and eliminating any sounds you make
Sweet Dreams and Nighty Night (E)
Grab a survivor from the front or behind
Bloodthirst (R)
Rush towards a survivor and slash them, dealing significant damage

B Tier

Captain Rampage
Obtainment:
2.5K Tix
Moves:
Passive:
Utilises Sharkprey Rounds
Slash (M1)
If you have bullets, your M1 attack deals more damage, with every strike using up one of the Sharkprey Rounds
Tiger Mark (R)
Reload your bullets to get 6 Sharkprey Rounds and get full i-frames for a duration, whilst also granting you ESP temporarily
Shatter Slash (Q)
Strike a survivor, which you can do twice, using 3 Sharkprey Rounds (if you only strike the survivor once, you only use 1 Sharkprey Round)
Tidal Cleaver (E)
A charged slash that deals damage to all nearby survivors

Coolkid
Obtainment:
Free
Moves:
Slash (M1)
Slash at a survivor
Dual Blade (Q)
Summon two blades before throwing them at survivors
Lacerate (E)
Dash towards and slash all nearby survivors that are directly in front of you, stunning them for 2 seconds
Speed Hack (T)
Grants you temporary ESP and increases your speed for a duration
Velocity Strike (R)
Takes a while to wind up, but unleashes an attack that deals tons of damage and knocks the survivor back
