“Half of this town will be dead by morning.” Well that’s ominous! Blumhouse and Universal have debuted a second official trailer for horror sequel Five Nights at Freddy’s 2, continuing the animatronic terror of the Fazbears. Opening in theaters nationwide in December at the end of this year. Blumhouse’s box-office horror phenomenon Five Nights at Freddy’s, the highest-grossing horror movie of 2023, begins a blood-chilling new chapter of animatronic terror. Based on Scott Cawthon’s hit video game series, Five Nights at Freddy’s 2 is directed again by filmmaker Emma Tammi. The next one seems to continue right where the last left off, with Josh Hutcherson looking for his missing sister. A year has passed since the supernatural nightmare at Freddy Fazbear’s Pizza. When Abby sneaks out to reconnect with her friends Freddy, Bonnie, Chica, and Foxy, it will set into motion a terrifying series of events, revealing dark secrets about the true origin of Freddy’s, and unleashing a long-forgotten horror hidden away for decades. Also starring Matthew Lillard, Elizabeth Lail, Piper Rubio, and all the mechanical monsters back again. This definitely looks like an even scarier, more intense improvement over the first film. Watch out for killer animatronic furries. // Continue Reading ›
