The primary use of the Dog Collar is to give it to Scrappy, your Rooster, and level him up to the Forager rank. Scrappy is extremely helpful in providing materials and assorted seeds. Where to Find a Dog Collar in Arc Raiders

The Dog Collar is a rare item, and it has no specific spawn locations. However, since it is a household type of item, the best chance of finding it is to search the Residential areas. The residential areas are available only in two maps for now, including Buried City and Blue Gate. However, these maps will be inaccessible for the new players before they complete the unlock requirement.

Scrappy’s ability to gather materials and assorted seeds will increase on Level 2. The player will get more materials from Scrappy after each raid.
