Off The Radar Quest Guide in Arc Raiders

Off The Radar is one of the early quests for Shani (trader) in Arc Raiders. It is likely the first quest that misleads many new players due to the Field Depot location. However, the quest itself is not difficult to complete, but finding a Field Depot location. In this guide, we will tell you how to complete the Off The Radar quest in Arc Raiders.

Off The Radar Quest Walkthrough – Arc Raiders

The Off the Radar quest becomes available for Shani after completing a few initial quests for her. The quest has only two objectives.

Visit a Field Depot.

Repair the antenna on the roof of the Field Depot.

Now, the Field Depot does not exactly pop up on the map like the major areas in each map. It is the main reason why the new players struggle to find a Field Depot on any map.

However, for this early quest, it is best to stick with the Dam Battlegrounds map.

NOTE: The player must complete the objectives in ONE-GO to complete the Off The Radar quest.

Where to Find the Field Depot in Arc Raiders

The Field Depot is a structure of a metal cabin or a retro RV with a radio tower or antenna on top. It has several fixed locations on each map in Arc Raiders. A few of the Field Depot locations on the Dam Battlegrounds map that are easy to access are as follows.

At the South Swamp Outpost

South of Raider Outpost East

At the center of the Hydroponic Dome Complex

Between the Water Towers and the Electrical Substation

Out of all these locations, the Field Depot between the Water Towers and the Electrical Substation is the safest. It is because it is far away from any Arc Enemies and Extraction Zones. If you spawn near any area around this location, run to it to check mark your first objective.

Repair the Antenna

Once you have arrived at any Field Depot location on any map, it’s time to repair the antenna on its roof. Climb up the ladder to reach the roof and interact with the antenna to start the repairs. The antenna is only interactable during this quest. As you fix the antenna at the Field Depot, the quest will be completed.

NOTE: The player does not have to extract successfully to complete the quest.

If you die after repairing the antenna at the Field Depot, the quest will not be lost. You can still turn in your quest at Shani and receive your rewards.

Rewards

Completing the Off The Radar quest for Shani in Arc Raiders will reward you with a Black (Hiker Color) Backpack. It is a cosmetic variant of the backpack that you can add to your character.
