Whilst it might be a little bit of a pain-ting to complete, my Halloween Spotlight Tower Heroes Rune and Key guide breaks down the complete questline into digestible tasks, so you can get your hands on limited UGCs!

Halloween Spotlight Tower Heroes Rune
Tower Heroes and Doors are running a temporary collab, which is also where you participate in the Halloween Spotlight. Join using the Doors button on the right and skip through the conversation with Grampy.
To earn the Rune, you need to complete and survive all 25 Waves of the Doors TD game. I recommend placing x3 El Gobino near the enemy entrance to set up traps and slow down quick enemies (such as Eyestalk). After this, spam Soda Pops follow the path of the game.
Make sure you have at least x2 Soda Pops placed near your El Gobino traps so that you can easily whittle down the health of incoming enemies before they break free.
When the Bramble final boss spawns, you’ll need to chase his path by selling and quickly placing more units further down the path until he’s defeated.
As the waves continue, upgrade units and enlist more until you win. This Rune challenge is fairly difficult, so it may take a few tries until you nail the strategy.
Halloween Spotlight Tower Heroes Key
After obtaining the Rune Badge, open your inventory and equip the Shears Sticker and head into the Event building. Use the shears near the vines that are obscuring the door to unlock it and enter.
Answer the phone in this area and complete the short tutorial. As you do, your sanity will slowly deplete. Restore it by finding blue spirits around the map. If Sanity reaches 0, a monster will spawn and hunt you, so do your best to keep your sanity up.
First Painting
When the phone rings again, answer it and then head into the next few rooms to find the four paintings and return them. You’ll find the first one in the library room, where you can parkour on top of the bookshelves to a small ledge where the painting sits.
Second Painting
The second painting is near the painting room, inside the bedroom, next to the double bed.
Third Painting
The third painting requires completing the wolf statue puzzle. To complete this, you need to have all three wolves face the window. When you turn a wolf, the one beside it will turn too, so this may take some time to complete.
Remember to fill up your sanity as you complete these tasks! Completing the puzzle opens a secret door leading to the painting. It’ll require some stealth and parkour to reach.
Fourth Painting
The final painting is in a hidden puzzle area, which you reach by climbing the stairs near the painting room and then jumping into the crack in the floor of the room it leads to. To reveal the painting, find and turn all 6 red valves.
In this area, stepping in the water alerts your location, and the lights of the anglers will drain your sanity, so be careful when wandering around.
One of the valve rooms has a pipe puzzle, which you complete after turning all valves. Turn the pipes until a continuous line is formed from start to finish. Collect the final painting from upstairs and place it in the room to unlock the boss room.
Boss Room
To defeat the boss, collect 35 Blue Spirits whilst avoiding attacks. The more spirits you gain, the harder this fight becomes.
Once the boss falls, open the final door and head into the light to claim your Key Badge.
