Myles Clohessy & William H. Macy in ‘Frontier Crucible’ Western Trailer

“You killed an Apache… We shall see how bravely you die.” Well Go USA has revealed an official trailer for another gritty western thriller titled Frontier Crucible, made by B-movie filmmaker Travis Mills. They’re churning out so many westerns all the time now, but they mostly get dumped on VOD & go unseen because most people don’t care much. A former soldier with a tragic past is thrown into an uneasy alliance with three outlaws, a beautiful woman, and her injured husband, to battle harsh elements & hostiles in a desperate bid for survival in the Arizona of the 1870s. A desperately needed wagon full of medical supplies falls victim to an Apache attack – survival is the name of the game. The film’s fascinating cast includes Myles Clohessy, Mary Stickley, Eli Brown, Ryan Masson, Zane Holtz, Eddie Spears, plus Armie Hammer (wait he’s back?!), with William H. Macy and Thomas Jane as well. At least this doesn’t look as cheesy as so many other VOD westerns, but still not so much within to get excited about with this one.
