The Circle of Friendship is the third Friendship Quest for Cogsworth in Disney Dreamlight Valley. Players will be able to pursue this quest after unlocking Cogsworth as a villager. Cogsworth and Lumiere need your help deciding on a perfect gift for the Beast. In this guide, we will walk you through the Circle of Friendship quest in Disney Dreamlight Valley.
How to Complete the Circle of Friendship Quest in Disney Dreamlight Valley
Starting the Quest
To initiate the Circle of Friendship quest in Disney Dreamlight Valley, players will have to reach Friendship Level 7 with Cogsworth and complete the On Her Majesty’s Festive Service quest. In addition to that, players must have unlocked Timon and Pumbaa for the quest to be triggered.
Upon fulfilling all the requirements, the Circle of Friendship quest will become available. Go and speak with Cogsworth to start the quest.
Visit Timon and Pumbaa
After starting the quest, go to the Pride Rock (Simba’s House) to meet with Timon and Pumbaa. Ask them about a gift that would be best for the Beast. Once done, speak with Cogsworth.
Gather Clay for Lumiere and Mushrooms for Cogsworth
Now, get 5x Clay for Lumiere. Go to the Glade of Trust, Sunlit Plateau, or Forgotten Lands, and dig the ground to get Clay. After getting the Clay, bring it to Lumiere. After that, you need to gather 5x Mushrooms for Cogsworth. Go to the Glade of Trust and forage mushrooms growing on the ground. Once done, go to the Beast’s Castle and speak with Cogsworth.
Gather the materials for Red Rose Vase and Leafy Hammock
After speaking with Cogsworth at Beast’s Castle, you need to gather the following materials.
15x Clay: Dig the ground in Glade of Trust, Sunlit Plateau, or Forgotten Lands.
6x Red Rose: Get it from the Beast’s Greenhouse.
5x Gold Ingot: Craft it at a crafting station or purchase it from Kristoff’s Stall for 250 Star Coins each.
8x Blue Falling Penstemon: Grows wild on the ground in the Plaza.
5x Pink Bromeliad: Grows wild on the ground in the Sunlit Plateau.
5x Red Bromeliad: Grows wild on the ground in the Sunlit Plateau.
8x Jungle Bamboo: Look for the sparkling bamboos in the Lion King Realm.
Upon gathering all of the materials, go to any crafting station and craft a Red Rose Vase and a Leafy Hammock. You can find the recipes for both of them under the Furniture tab.
Check up on Cogsworth and Lumiere
Now, go to the Beast’s Castle to check up on Cogsworth. There will be bugs roaming inside the Beast’s Castle. Catch all three bugs in the castle. After that, speak with Cogsworth to give him the Red Rose Vase.
Now, go to the Pride Rock to check up on Lumiere. There will be fire inside the house. Equip the Watering Can and put out the fire inside the Pride Rock. After that, speak with Lumiere to give him the Leafy Hammock. Now, listen to the conversation between Cogsworth and Lumiere. Once done, speak with Cogsworth.
Gather ingredients for Cogsworth
After speaking with Cogsworth, you need to gather the following ingredients.
2x Egg: Purchase from the Chez Remy restaurant for 220 Star Coins each,
2x Milk: Purchase from the Chez Remy restaurant for 230 Star Coins each.
2x Wheat: Purchase from Goofy’s Stall in the Peaceful Meadow.
2x Sugarcane: Purchase from Goofy’s Stall in the Dazzle Beach.
Now, go to Cogsworth and speak with him to give him all the ingredients.
Put on some Elegant clothing
After speaking with Cogsworth, he will ask you to wear some Elegant clothing before coming to the Beast’s Castle. Open the wardrobe and navigate to the Requests section to find all possible Elegant clothing. Wear any 3 Elegant clothing items. Once you are ready, go to the Beast’s Castle. Speak with Cogsworth, and the Circle of Friendship quest will conclude.
