There are nine Armor Sets in Dying Light: The Beast, each with its unique stats and bonuses that allow players to follow a certain playstyle. Merc Armor Set: All Armor Pieces Location in Dying Light: The Beast
The complete Merc Armor Set consists of six armor pieces, including Boots, Combat Pants, Fingerless Gloves, Long Sleeve Shirt, Shooting Arm Guard, and Shooting Headset. Each Merc Armor piece offers the following bonuses to Kyle Crane.
+1.5% Damage Resistance (Infected) (Total 9%)
+3% Damage on Headstrikes/Headshots (Total 18%)
-6 % Firearm Recoil (Total 36%)
Equipping all the armor pieces gives a total of 35 Gear Armor points.

Below, you can find the location of each Merc Armor Piece and how to get it.
NOTE: All of the Merc Armor Pieces are on different Safe Spots around the Castor Woods. You would have to climb to the top of the Safe Spots to pick up the armor pieces.
Merc Boots Armor Piece Location
The Merc Boots are located at the Highway Tower (Safe Spot) in the Villa Area.
It is on the eastern side of the Villa Area, and players will get to explore this region as they reach Level 6. Once there, climb up to the tower and pick up the Merc Boots.
Merc Combat Pants Armor Piece Location
The Merc Combat Pants are located at the top of the Chimneys Tower (Safe Spot) in the Industrial Zone.
It is southeast of the Highway Bus Refuge (Safe Zone), and players will get to explore this region as they reach Level 6. Climbing the Chimneys Tower is a bit trickier than regular towers. You will have to jump between the chimneys to keep climbing up. Once up there, scan the top to locate the Merc Combat Pants easily.
Merc Fingerless Gloves Armor Piece Location
The Merc Fingerless Gloves are located at the Recreation Island Tower (Safe Spot) in the Recreation Island area.
It is north of the Old Town, and one of the early areas to explore in Castor Woods. Once there, climb up to the tower and pick up the Merc Fingerless Gloves.
Merc Long Sleeve Shirt Armor Piece Location
The Merc Long Sleeve Shirt is located at the Fishermen Island Tower (Safe Spot) in the Old Town area.
It is on the east side of the Old Town region, and players can reach it by swimming across the river. Once there, climb up to the tower and pick up the Merc Long Sleeve Shirt.
Merc Shooting Arm Guard Armor Piece Location
The Merc Shooting Arm Guard is located at the Village Tower (Safe Spot) in the Villa Area.
It is on the eastern side of the Villa Area, and players will get to explore this region as they reach Level 6. Once there, climb up to the tower and pick up the Merc Shooting Arm Guard.
Merc Shooting Headset Armor Piece Location
The Merc Shooting Headset is located at the Mountain Shelter Tower (Safe Spot) in the National Park area.
It is one of the earliest safe spots that you can restore in the game. Go to the southeast of the Monastery to find the Tower and climb it by jumping off the mountain beside it. After reaching the top of the tower, pick up the Merc Shooting Headset.
