“Brothers and sisters of this small planet – we are same human beings.” Yes we are! Abramorama unveiled the official trailer for a documentary film titled Wisdom of Happiness, a brand new film starring the Dalai Lama giving us all advice & wisdom as the world gets more chaotic. The first premiered last year at the Zurich Film Festival and played at the Dharamshala Film Festival in India where the Dalai Lama lives. Wisdom of Happiness shows us a timeless truth: happiness is still possible, even in the midst of chaos and uncertainty. This powerful message of hope is offered as a personal audience with one of the greatest living thinkers, Nobel Peace Prize winner Tenzin Gyatso, known to billions around the world as the Dalai Lama. From Executive Producers Richard Gere & Oren Moverman, the doc film opens in limited US theaters this October – honoring the Dalai Lama’s 90th Birthday. Gere explains: “Watching how the Dalai Lama embodies love, generosity, and kindness allows viewers to pause, reflect, and reconnect with themselves in a way that feels real and achievable.” I’m really glad he addresses how bad things are now in the 21st century and how stopping climate change is important to global happiness. Still as sharp as ever! We all need to listen to him. // Continue Reading ›
