Disney Dreamlight Valley is pretty consistent with adding new content to the Valley and introducing new Worlds via expansions (DLCs). There are two DLCs available for Disney Dreamlight Valley, each one released in December over the past two years. Last month, the Storybook Vale expansion came to an end on July 9, 2025, with the part 2 update. However, recently, someone shared a new Trading Card for the game, which they got from Steam, revealing a new title as “Disney Dreamlight Valley: Wishblossom Ranch”. The community quickly speculated that it might be the title of the next Disney Dreamlight Valley’s DLC, and it got leaked via a trading card.
Disney Dreamlight Valley: Wishblossom Ranch – A Potential Name for the Next DLC?
User “Br00k3star” over on DDV’s official Discord channel uploaded the image of the Trading Card with the mysterious title. The trading card itself looks usual, like the others, but the image and the description are from the Storybook Vale expansion. However, the title suggests something new that has never been shared by the officials.
After the Trading Card leak got the attention of most of the community, @hotcococollective on YouTube made a video about it. She gave her thoughts on the name of the title and speculated that the next DLC might include a Ranch, which can bring more exciting characters from Disney and Pixar.
Moreover, the final cutscene of the Storybook Vale expansion showcases the shadowy image of Maximus from Tangled (movie). It is possible that Maximus returns in the next DLC, and since it is a horse, the overall Ranch title does suit the next DLC. Alternatively, the Devs can either announce a mini-DLC with new systems regarding a Ranch.
However, these are all speculations, as there is no official statement about this from the Devs. We will have to wait for the Developer Showcase this year to learn more about the upcoming updates and features for Disney Dreamlight Valley.
