How to Complete the Storm’s A-Brewin’ Quest in Disney Dreamlight Valley
Starting the Quest
To initiate the Storm’s A-Brewin’ quest in Disney Dreamlight Valley, players will have to reach Friendship Level 2 with Sadness and complete the Capture the Sun quest for Joy. In addition to that, players must have unlocked the Dazzle Beach biome and the following buildings for the quest to be triggered.

Upon fulfilling all the requirements, the Storm’s A-Brewin’ quest will become available. Go and speak with Sadness to start the quest.
Visit the locations with indoor rain clouds
After speaking with Sadness, go inside the following buildings to see the rain clouds.

The Dream Castle
While checking out the rain clouds, take a picture of one of the rain clouds in any building. Once done, go back to Sadness and speak with her.
Gather 10 blue flowers for Sadness
Now, you need to collect any 10 blue flowers for Sadness. The easiest blue flowers to find quickly are as follows.
Blue Falling Penstemon: Grows in the Plaza biome. 4 max at a time.
Blue Hydrangea: Grows in the Dazzle Beach biome. 4 max at a time.
Blue Marsh Milkweed: Grows in the Glade of Trust biome. 3 max at a time.
Blue Star Lily: Grows in the Forest of Valor biome. 4 max at a time.
Blue Passion Lily: Grows in the Frosted Heights biome. 3 max at a time.
After gathering any 10 blue flowers, bring them to Sadness. Upon speaking with her, she will tell you craft some items that will help villagers open up to you.
Gather the materials to craft the Tissue Box and Crying Eye Glasses
Now, gather the following materials to craft the required items.
6x Fiber: Craft at the crafting station using Seawood. Alternatively, you can purchase it from Kristoff’s Stall for 6 Star Coins each.
13x Softwood: Spawn near the trees in the Plaza, Peaceful Meadow, Forest of Valor, and Glade of Trust biomes.
5x Night Shards: Dig the sparkling spots on the ground around the Valley. Alternatively, you can use Onyx to craft it.
5x Sand: Dig the ground in the Dazzle Beach to gather Sand. Alternatively, you can purchase it from Kristoff’s Stall for 8 Star Coins.
Upon gathering all of the materials, you need to craft two different items, Tissue Boxes and Crying Eye Glasses. Go to any crafting station and craft three Tissue Boxes. You can find it recipe under the “Furniture” tab of the crafting station. After that, navigate to the “Functional Items” tab to find the recipe for the Crying Eye Glasses.
Now, open the wardrobe and equip the Crying Eye Glasses. Once done, go to Sadness and give her the Tissue Boxes.
Visit the villagers
Now, it’s time to take care of the rain clouds for the villagers. Firstly, visit Remy in Chez Remy and speak with him. As you speak with Remy, he will open up to you, and the rain cloud will disappear. Go to Scrooge McDuck’s Store and speak with Scrooge to take care of the rain clouds inside the store. Once done, go to the Dream Castle to find Mickey. Speak with Mickey to remove the rain clouds inside the Dream Castle. After removing all of the rain clouds inside the buildings, go and speak with Sadness.
Find a rain cloud in the Valley and upgrade the Watering Can
After stopping all of the indoor rain, Sadness will ask you to find a rain cloud out in the Valley. The easiest way to find the rain cloud is to go into the Furniture Mode. It will help you navigate the Valley in a short time. After locating the cloud, go to its location and take a picture of it. Once done, go back to Sadness and speak with her. She will give you her tears, which you can use to upgrade the Watering Can tool. Open the inventory and use the tears upgrade on the Watering Can.
Remove the Sad Clouds with your Watering Can
Now, go around the Plaza and the Peaceful Meadow biomes to remove all four sad clouds by watering them. Make sure to equip the Watering Can before approaching and interacting with the clouds.
Show the Plush Bear Body to Sadness
As you remove all of the Sad Clouds, a Plush Bear Body will appear on the ground. Pick up the plush bear body and bring it to Sadness. Go through the dialogues, and the Storm’s A-Brewin’ quest will conclude.
Rewards
Completing the Storm’s A-Brewin’ quest in Disney Dreamlight Valley will give 440 Friendship Points as a reward.
