Type Soul Unrivaled Book Location – Full Res Progress Check

The Type Soul Unrivaled Book plays a key part in unlocking your Full Res. This is relevant to the second stage of this process, but for the first stage, when unlocking your Full Res in Type Soul, you need to know who the Unequaled Unrivaled NPC is!

The Unrivaled Book is an item that you can use to double-check your progress during the obtainment process of your Full Res.

Unrivaled Book Location

You can find the Unrivaled Book in the library in Hueco Mundo. It displays your progress for Stage 2 of the Full Res, which can be useful if you lose track of how many Elite Grips and Hollow kills you’ve completed.

For Stage 2, you need to successfully perform 10 to 15 Elite Player Grips and defeat between 50 to 80 Hollow NPCs. Plus, you need to beat either the Jidanbo or Bawawa boss at least once. The trickiest part of this is defeating the Hollow NPCs and performing Elite Player Grips without being killed. If you are defeated, the Stage 2 requirements reset, and you have to do it all again.

This is why the Unrivaled Book is a key item during this process! Just head into the library when exploring Hueco Mundo, and check to see how many Grips and Hollow kills you have left. It’s easy to lose track!

Completing Full Res Stage 2

After completing Stage 2 for your Full Res, it’s time to move on to Stage 3, which doesn’t require the Unrivaled Book. Stage 1 of this process also doesn’t need the Unrivaled Book! You can only use it during Stage 2. Stage 1 requires you to speak with the ‘V’ NPC to check your progress, and Stage 3 is a solo boss fight, so there’s no need to track your progress for that.

All you have to do is enter Menos Forest, find the sword that you must meditate by, and then travel to the White Hollow Labryinth. Next, locate your Inner Hollow with blue eyes, but make sure not to let the Shadow Adjucha attack you; otherwise, it instantly defeats you. When you find your Inner Hollow, you unlock your Full Res!
