There are a ton of new features coming to Palia to make the sim adventure feel more alive and authentic. With the recent showcase of the Palia Roadmap Summer 2025, the Devs have confirmed the Livestock Farming, new dynamic events, quests, plushies, and more. The new Palia update, Botanical Bliss (Patch 0.194), releases August 18, 2025, bringing a new flower bloom event, bulletin board feature, plushes, floral nameplates, and more.
All known features of the Botanical Bliss Update of Palia
The Devs revealed the key features of the Botanical Bliss update yesterday in an X/Twitter post. The known features of the Palia Botanical Bliss update are as follows.

Premium Shop Updates
The Botanical Bliss update will bring a new Flower Bloom event for all players to participate in. Moreover, there will be planters, which players can use as a base for the flowers. It will allow players to decorate their garden more creatively. In addition to the flowers, this update will contain a new feature, Bulletin Board. It is one of the highly requested features in the game. The bulletin board will allow players to track players’ and villagers’ requests easily. Moreover, the quest item bag capacity limit will change to infinite. It means players will be able to carry as many quest items as they can at a time. Last but not least, new floral nameplates will arrive, allowing players to change the design of their nameplates.
Other than that, there will be some new plushes for players to collect. Fishing will drop some new plushes. New items in the premium shop. However, there will be no new quests in this update. For now, there is no confirmation on the Friendship quests for Ulfe. Maybe these new friendship quests will come in the next updates.
Downtime and Release Time of the Botanical Bliss Update of Palia
Similar to other major updates, Palia maintenance time in preparation for the Botanical Bliss update (Patch 0.194) will start at 7 AM PT on August 8, 2025. The downtime for the Botanical Bliss update is 3 hours, so the update goes live at 10 AM PT for all the platforms. Make sure to harvest all of your grown crops, water all of the newly planted crops, and complete any main/side quests. You won’t be able to go inside the game until the maintenance is over.
