The Doors Aloe is a sought-after item that can heal your HP to maximum, but many players state that they can’t find it. If you manage to keep your HP above 0, you can reach the Outdoors Ending in Doors!

The Aloe item can spawn in any of the levels, but was formally added to the game with the Outdoors update.
What Does Aloe Do?
When you find and use the Aloe item, your HP replenishes to 100, or it heals you for 109 HP. This effect lasts for a total of 3 seconds. This is handy when your HP is getting a bit too low due to multiple encounters with entities.
While you can collect and use Bandages, as well as store them in a Bandage Pack, they don’t heal you as much as a single piece of Aloe does. With a Bandage, you heal around 15 HP, whereas the Aloe heals you for 10x more.
Is it Admin Only?
As far as we know, only admins or those who have access to the Admin Panel can spawn the Aloe item. However, some players have reported that they can find it whilst exploring the Outdoors. Whichever the case, it seems to be a pretty rare item, and a buggy one at that.
Those who have been able to try out and use the Aloe say that trying to drop the item causes it to completely despawn. Plus, if you find it in the Hotel, Lobby, and Floor 3, the Sally entity does not steal it. If you don’t know, Sally steals items from players, but luckily, for some reason, she doesn’t care about the Aloe.
The Admin Panel is not solely available to admins, as regular players can purchase the Admin Panel Gamepass for 299 Robux. If the Admin Panel is active, you cannot unlock achievements or obtain Knobs, meaning you will not make any progress in-game whilst using it. It’s great for testing items and other things out, but quite pointless nonetheless.
