How to Open the Locked Door on First Floor in Affair With Death in Crime Scene Cleaner Nightmare

Crime Scene Cleaner Nightmare mode truly tests the overall sanity of the cleaners with darker themes, more bodies to clean, and tougher puzzles to solve. The Affair With Death is one of the toughest missions, especially in the Nightmare mode, due to several puzzles to solve left and right. One of the puzzles, in particular, that gave me a hard time was opening the locked door on the first floor. Opening the door is essential, as it will lead you to the Ground Floor and the entrance to the Basement. In this guide, we will tell you how to open the locked door on the first floor in the Affair With Death mission in Crime Scene Cleaner Nightmare mode.

Locked Door – Wall Code Puzzle in Affair With Death Solution

After opening the initial locked door on the first floor, you will see another locked door, which will lead you to the ground floor and the basement of the villa. You need to put in the correct four-digit code to open the door. Moreover, the console itself will be behind a glass panel that requires a key. So, to solve this puzzle, you have to find the key to the console and find all four digits for the code.

Find the Key to the Door’s Console

Go to the room in the front and start cleaning its walls. Clean the wall on the right side to find the Puzzle Key 01. This is the key to the balcony of this room. Use the key on the balcony door to open it. Go outside and turn to the left side to find the Puzzle Key 02 on the window. The Puzzle Key 02 is the key to the Door’s Console. Now, you can go back to the puzzle door and unlock the glass panel to gain access to the console.

Find all four digits for the code

Now, the second step of this puzzle is to find all four digits. Here are the simple steps to find all digits.

Clean the wall in front of the console to find the third digit of the code, 0.

Look at the paintings on the wall past the locked door to see the second digit for the code, 5.

Go to the closets in the room and clean the wall to find the fourth digit for the code, 1.

Go to the balcony of the room and look at the parking lot to find the first digit for the code, 2.

After finding all of the digits, put them together to get the correct code. The correct code for the door is “2501”. Head back to the staircase and interact with the console to enter the code, and the door will unlock. Now, you will gain access to the Ground Floor and the Basement of the Villa.
