Where to Find the Orb Weaver Egg in Grounded 2

The Orb Weaver Egg is a crucial resource for unlocking the best buggy, Orb Weaver Spider, in Grounded 2. Throughout the main campaign story of Grounded 2 (early access), you will only have access to the Red Soldier Ant Buggy. It is quite enough to get you through the whole campaign, but the best buggy comes after the story ends. In this guide, we will tell you where to find the Orb Weaver Egg in Grounded 2.

Where to Find the Orb Weaver Egg in Grounded 2

There are two different locations where you can find Orb Weaver Eggs. The first location is the nest underneath BURG.L’s body. It is located in the center of the map between the Snackbar Front and the Ceremony regions. While progressing through the main story, you will come to this location during the Networking quest. Upon reaching the body, circle it to find a nest going underneath the body. Enter the nest to find a couple of Orb Weaver Eggs.

NOTE: This location has a few Orb Weaver Spiders and a potential Wolf Spider as well. So, be aware of it.

The second location, which I personally find easier than the first one, is the Street Light. It is the same location as the Wolf Spider Boss. This location is on the northern corner of the Snackbar Front region and between the Picnic Table and Grass Games regions. If you have defeated the Wolf Spider boss at this location, you might be familiar with it. You need to go to the front of the street light to find an entrance to the nest. There will be a spawn of a couple of Orb Weaver Eggs around the nest.

NOTE: This location has a potential spawn of a Wolf Spider.

How to Get the Orb Weaver Egg Easily

Acquiring the Orb Weaver Egg is comparatively difficult than the Red Soldier Ant Egg. You cannot store the Orb Weaver Egg in your backpack. Instead, you will have to carry it. The best method to take the egg and bring it back to the Hatchery is to use the Red Soldier Ant Buggy. Make sure that you come to one of the Orb Weaver Egg locations on your buggy. It is because the Red Soldier Ant Buggy can hold the Egg for you.

If you are quick enough, you can enter the nest and pick up the egg, and leave without aggroing any enemy spider. Alternatively, you can lure the spiders out of the nests and wrap around them to pick up the egg and make the escape.
