The Trial of Truth is a sub-quest of the Ink-Stained World main quest for the Storybook Vale expansion in Disney Dreamlight Valley. How to Complete the Trial of Truth Quest in Disney Dreamlight Valley
Starting the Quest
The Trial of Truth sub-quest begins automatically by stepping into the chamber with Fauna’s Glass Pane. Fauna’s chamber is in the room on the left side of the hall, while coming out of the room with Enchanted Glass Panes. Once the quest starts, speak to the stained glass Fauna.
Place everything in the right spots
After speaking with Fauna, go to the stage to see some reflections of critters. You need to place the items on the stage in such a way that the critters aren’t afraid. To do so, go into the furniture mode and place the cage around the Bird of Prey, and place the ears on the lion.
NOTE: Make sure the tail of the bird is in the cage; otherwise, it will not count.
Cook the right meal for the Rabbit and Pegasus
After placing everything in the right spots, go into the kitchen on the left side of the stage. Here, you will see various Enchanted Ingredients. You need to use these ingredients to cook meals, one for rabbit and one for Pegasus. Moreover, there will be two notes in the kitchen, hinting at what the critters eat and do not eat.
The Rabbit refuses to eat anything with Barley, Wheat, Onion, and Rice. It means you have to use ingredients other than those and cook a four-star hearty meal for the Rabbit. Pick up all the ingredients from the table and then interact with the cooking station. Add Enchanted Cucumber, Enchanted Carrot, Enchanted Tomato, and Enchanted Lettuce into the Pot. It will turn out as the Carrot Salad.
Now, read the other not for the Pegasus to learn that it refuses to eat anything with Tomato, Lettuce, Cucumber, Onion, and Rice. Go and interact with the cooking station and add Enchanted Wheat, Enchanted Barley, and Enchanted Carrot into the pot. It will turn out as the Barley Salad.
After cooking the correct meals, go on the stage and give each critter its meal.
Pick up the Sword of Truth
After giving the meals to the critters, a sword will appear near the stage. Go and pick up the sword and bring it to Fauna. Go through the dialogues, and the Trial of Truth will conclude.
