“There’s always a message in the music.” 🎹 HBO Max has revealed their official trailer for the energetic, fascinating music documentary called Billy Joel: And So It Goes. This biopic music history doc is about the life and times and songs (and girlfriends) of iconic New Yorker songwriter / musician Billy Joel – it just premiered at the Tribeca Film Festival. The two-part doc is ready to debut streaming on HBO Max later this month. Tribeca’s intro: “Directors Susan Lacy and Jessica Levin weave rare, never-before-seen archival footage with candid, soul-baring interviews to chart Billy Joel’s meteoric rise—from humble Long Island roots to international superstardom.
