“Ready when you are…” Voltage Pictures has unveiled an official trailer for an action comedy movie called Under Fire, arriving to watch this summer. Not to be confused with the 1983 war movie also titled Under Fire. This is the next new movie from action genre director Steven C. Miller, who has been churning out lots of movies recently: Marauders, Arsenal, First Kill, Line of Duty, Margaux, and Werewolves just last year. Under Fire unfolds in the scorching heat of the Mexico border, where rival drug dealers Griff & Abbott arrive at a remote drop point for a routine drug deal. When the exchange goes down, both reveal undercover badges — Griff is FBI, Abbott is DEA — and neither knew they were working the same case. Before they can react, a sniper rains down bullets, killing the cartel members and leaving the two agents pinned behind their vehicle. Now, Griff & Abbott must set aside their rivalry to survive the crossfire, secure the documents, and make it out alive — assuming they don’t kill each other first.
