Platinum Ores are the rarest minerals that you can mine in Palia. Similar to other ores, the Platinum Ores are mined from their respective nodes. The Platinum Nodes only spawn in the new Elderwood map zone. However, to mine the Platinum Ores, you must get the Fine Pickaxe or a higher-level pick. There is no certain location for the Platinum Nodes as they are pretty much spread out in Elderwood.
The Platinum Nodes are exceptionally rare, and they look a lot like the Whitestone Nodes. If you come across any Whitestone Node, look for any minerals on it. If there are, then it should give you some Platinum Ores. Moreover, due to the mining changes with the Elderwood update, there are more mining nodes in the cavern areas of Elderwood.
