How to Get Molten Crops in Grow a Garden

To get Molten crops in Grow a Garden, you need to be online during the Volcano server event. ‘Molten’ is a mutation, and it increases the selling value of a crop by 25x, which is a decent boost! Crops with the Molten mutation gain a neon red, orange, and yellow colour scheme.

The Volcano event doesn’t always guarantee Molten crops! During the event, lava flows down onto your plot, occasionally applying the Molten mutation. As stated above, you must be online during this event. If you are offline, none of your crops will receive the Molten mutation.

When Does the Volcano Event Spawn?

The Volcano is sadly only an Admin Event, which means only those with the authority to do so can activate it. There are already quite a few events that only admins can start, and this is another one added to the rare roster!

When the Volcano server event is about to spawn, a message appears on your screen that reads:

“Disaster Warning, Volcanic Eruption! Get away from the volcano!”

This is a reference to another game on the Roblox platform, called Natural Disaster Survival. The event as a whole takes inspiration from this game, but don’t worry, the owner of Natural Disaster Survival, stickmasterluke, has given full permission for this to be a feature in Grow a Garden!

Can You Jump in the Volcano?

Yes and no. You can easily approach the volcano and walk up it to the precipice, but if you attempt to jump into it, you fall all the way down. Not to fret, though, as you respawn at your garden immediately after. There are no achievements of buffs obtained by doing this.
