If you’re lucky enough to get the Grow a Garden Laser Event, your crops have the chance to get a great mutation, which increases their value. Alongside this Grow a Garden weather, there are plenty of other events you can experience.

Grow a Garden Laser Event

How do you get this event and the mutation that comes with it?

How To Get The Laser Event

At the moment, the only way to experience the Laser Event is through an admin. Only admins and developers can activate this event. Unless you know one personally, or happen to stumble into a server with one in, you’ll likely never get to experience it.

This isn’t the only admin-only event that is in Grow a Garden. The Disco, Chocolate Rain, Sheckle Rain, and Jandel Storm are all admin events. They won’t happen unless an admin forces them.

During the Laser Event, Jandel (a character resembling a monkey and wearing a crown) will appear in the sky. He will then start shooting lasers from his eyes. These lasers will hit gardens at random, and if they touch a crop, it will obtain the Plasma Mutation. Some players are reporting that this weather event randomly happened to them, but from what we know, you have to be in a server with an admin.

Plasma Mutation

During this event, if you’re lucky, your crops may get the Plasma Mutation. If they have this, they will turn a shiny pink and purple colour with flashing stars surrounding it.

However, the best part of this mutation is that the value of the crop with Plasma will increase by x5 more than the original value. Despite not being the best mutation your crops can get, a x5 increase is still a great way to make a profit if you decide to sell it. Mutations can stack. So, if you happen to get multiple mutations on a Plasma crop, you’re in for a great profit.
